Anthony Siau is Founder and Chairman of Kairos Capital Group and Managing Partner of Progress Asia Capital & Advisors, a Singapore-based MAS-licensed fund management company.

With nearly three decades of experience across private equity, venture capital, private credit, asset management and wealth management, Anthony has invested and operated globally through multiple market cycles. He has founded, managed and advised investment strategies spanning special situations, pre-IPO and growth investments, private credit, food technology and alternative investments.

Through Kairos and its affiliated platforms, Anthony is currently focused on building institutional-grade private market strategies connecting capital and opportunities across Southeast Asia, Greater China and the Middle East, with particular emphasis on private equity, private credit and strategic investments.

Anthony is also an active member of YPO and regularly speaks and moderates discussions on private markets, investment strategy, entrepreneurship and the evolving global capital markets landscape.
