David was previously a General Manager at Microsoft where he led Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments and Joint Ventures. Prior to Microsoft, David was a co-founder of EachNet (Chinese e-commerce) acquired by eBay for $225 M. He was a board memberof Wotif (#1 in Online Travel for Australasia) acquired by Expedia for $700 M.
