Say Wei ("Eric") Neo is a board director, family office executive, and fintech entrepreneur with more than 20 years of leadership experience across wealth management, capital markets, investment management, and financial technology. He has led regulated financial institutions, driven strategic growth initiatives, and overseen multi-asset portfolios exceeding US$200 million.

Eric serves as President and second-generation steward of Medway Investments, a single-family office. This dual perspective as both family member and professional executive has shaped his approach to Crafting Legacies That Prosperity Ensures. He is also Founding Chairman and CEO of Neo & Partners Global, an award-winning fintech firm recognised for delivering institutional-grade trading infrastructure, market connectivity, and digital innovation solutions to financial institutions.

His executive leadership experience includes serving as Founding President of a Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Recognised Market Operator and Founding CEO of two investment management firms. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles with UOB Kay Hian, CMC Markets, FlexTrade Systems, RTS Realtime Systems, and BT Group, developing deep expertise in securities and derivatives markets, algorithmic trading, market infrastructure, and digital assets.

Beyond executive management, Eric has served on boards and advisory councils spanning investment management, alternative investments, fintech, and financial services. He currently contributes to industry development through leadership roles with the MAS Singapore Financial Leaders Network, iConnections Global Alts Asia Advisory Council, and the International Securities Services Association, where he serves as APAC Programme Management Director. He is also a member of the Young Business Leaders Network and the SAFRA Investment Committee.

Eric's contributions have been recognised through multiple honours, including the Pingat Bakti Setia (Tentera) at the Singapore’s 2024 National Day Awards conferred by the President of Singapore, the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Business Resilience and Innovation Award 2020, and Executive of the Year (Financial Services) at the Singapore Business Review Management Excellence Awards 2020.

He holds a Professional Doctor of Business Administration and is an alumnus of the Asian Financial Leaders Programme. He also serves as a Lieutenant Colonel (NS) in the Singapore Armed Forces.
