Hiro is the Deputy Head of Hybrid Capital Solutions / private credit at INA responsible for overseeing INA’s structured and performing private credit / hybrid capital strategy. Hiro is an experienced investment professional specializing in private credit, structured lending, and real asset-backed financing across Southeast Asia. He currently leads Hybrid Capital Solutions at Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), focusing on structured credit strategies. Prior to this, he was Vice President at BlackRock, covering Southeast Asia private credit and special situations. His background includes working at the Investment Banking Division at BofA Merrill Lynch and private equity / investor relations at Principia Management Group. Hiro holds a BA in Finance & Investments from Albers School of Business at Seattle University.
