Jacob Van der Wiel is a Managing Director in the Private Capital Asia team. Jacob joined BPEA in 2017 and was part of BPEA when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed EQT Private Capital Asia.
Prior to joining BPEA, Jacob worked for Vista Equity Partners focused on enterprise software investing in the US and APAC.
Jacob holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and B.A. in Asian Cultures and Languages (Chinese) with High Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
