Jay Park is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Prysm Capital where he provides growth capital to disruptive management teams across the technology, consumer, and healthcare markets.

Prior to Prysm, Mr. Park spent 18 years with BlackRock Private Equity Partners where he served on the Management and Investment Committees, helping lead investing activities across the US and Asia. He has served as an advisory committee member for a number of US and Asian private equity firms as well as a board member or observer on numerous portfolio companies. Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Park was a principal investment officer with Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity focused on investing in the emerging markets, after starting his career in Merrill Lynch’s Mergers and Acquisitions department. Mr. Park earned a BS degree in applied mathematics and economics from Brown University, and an MBA degree, with honors, from Columbia University.
