Jaypal Sethi is a Partner at Tribe Capital, the Silicon Valley firm known for underwriting companies through its proprietary data platform, Termina. He invests across enterprise software, AI infrastructure, fintech and frontier technology, and works closely with Tribe’s portfolio — which spans Kraken, Carta, Applied Intuition and OpenAI — on go-to-market and scaling. He currently serves on the boards of Aether Bio, Docker, JupiterOne and Zeno Power. Before Tribe, Jaypal held senior business development and strategy roles at Google, MongoDB, and VMware. He is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 31).
