Kok‑Leong Toh, CFA, is Senior Director, Infrastructure, Asia Pacific at La Caisse, where he is a senior member of the Asia Pacific infrastructure team. Based in Singapore, he focuses on transaction origination and execution across Asia, working closely with investment partners, management teams, and other stakeholders on infrastructure investment opportunities.

Prior to joining La Caisse in 2025, Mr. Toh was a Senior Investment Leader at Partners Group, a leading global private markets asset manager, where he was involved in private infrastructure investments across the Asia‑Pacific region, including the evaluation and execution of transactions across multiple markets and sectors.

Mr. Toh holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University and an Executive Master in Finance from INSEAD. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
