Merlissa Trisno is the Head of Funds and Capital Partnerships at the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA). In this role, she spearheads the institution's fund establishment and leads indirect investment activities, including the oversight of more than USD 500 million in fund investments — positioning INA as a key anchor and partner for leading fund managers.
As one of the founding team members at INA, Merlissa has been instrumental in shaping the organization since its inception five years ago, helping to build the foundational platforms, partnerships, and investment frameworks that have established INA as a credible co-investment partner for global institutional investors.
Prior to joining INA, Merlissa built a distinguished decade-long career in capital markets at a leading global brokerage firm, where she advised on investment opportunities across the consumer, digital economy, and healthcare sectors — gaining deep expertise in equity research, capital raising, and engagement with institutional investors across Asia and beyond. Merlissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
