Maciej “Mike” Plichta, CFA, is Managing Partner at PropTech Farm, leading Fund III—a Singapore-based VC backing Seed to Series A PropTech startups across Southeast Asia and Australia to digitalise and decarbonise the built environment. He brings 15+ years across VC and corporate innovation, including portfolio building and commercialization at Innogy Innovation Hub and leading Colliers’ PropTech Advisory through smart-building and hybrid-workplace deployments; earlier he specialised in valuation and financial modelling at Deloitte. Mike also serves as an expert to the European Commision's Innovation Fund, the EU’s flagship—and among the world’s largest—public climate-tech funding programmes for scaling net-zero technologies.
