Nadia was most recently Head of Business Development for TPG Inc.'s $31 billion impact investing platform, where she played a central role in the development and commercialization of TPG Rise Climate's next generation funds — TPG Rise Climate II, the Global South Initiative, an innovative blended vehicle designed to catalyze at-scale institutional capital for investments in climate solutions across emerging markets, and TPG Rise Climate Transition Infrastructure. Before TPG Inc., Nadia was a Partner at international law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she represented private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of M&A and strategic transactions. She also previously led product development efforts at infrastructure fund, Hastings Funds Management, and was Chief Executive Officer at real estate firm Kay & Burton. Nadia has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She previously served on the boards of SmartSweets and Evercare IGA Holdings, and is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute Finance Leaders Fellowship.
