Ridhi is the Chief Investment Officer of Dragon Funds, a growth equity firm she founded in 2023 in partnership with MUFG, Japan’s largest bank with USD 3T in assets.

At Dragon, Ridhi leads the firm's investment strategy and oversees all investment related activities, focusing on investments in mid to late-stage private technology companies with Asia ex-China as the core geographic focus. Since launching its first fund in 2023, Dragon has become one the most active growth equity investors in the region, building a portfolio that includes Meesho, Zepto, Bolttech, Kreditbee and Moengage, among others. Dragon’s partnership with MUFG allows Dragon to be a differentiated, value-add investor for its portfolio companies.

Ridhi brings over 14 years of private equity investing experience. Prior to founding Dragon, she spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs Asset Management across Singapore, India, and the US where she led private equity investments in technology, healthcare, and sustainability - managing a portfolio exceeding USD 2 billion and serving on the Boards of multiple companies. Earlier in her career, she was part of GIC’s direct private equity team focused on investments in India and began her professional journey as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group.

Ridhi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi, where she was awarded the Director's Award for Academic Excellence.
