Samuel is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of 𝜏-PAM, one of the leading specialists in NAV funding and the first independent alternative asset portfolio financing platform (credit, private equity, Infra, RE) in Asia-Pacific. 𝜏-PAM provides bespoke fund-level financing solutions that give GPs and LPs the optionality to manage liquidity, support portfolio companies, and preserve strategic flexibility — without premature asset sales.

With over 25 years of experience across capital markets, structured finance, and investment banking in Asia and Europe, Samuel has spent more than 16 years in Asia originating and structuring sophisticated financial solutions for financial sponsors and institutional investors. He held senior leadership positions at BNP Paribas, Lehman Brothers, and Natixis, including Head of Capital Markets Solutions Asia Pacific.

Samuel holds an engineering degree and post-graduate specialization in finance and actuarial science from ENSAE ParisTech, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
