Founded in 1998, Navis manages several billion dollars in private equity capital and has recently entered the private credit market. Navis’ primary focus is on Southeast Asia and its adjacent economies. Navis contributes both capital and management expertise to well-positioned companies with the objective of directing strategic, operational and financial improvements. Since its inception, Navis has completed 95 control transactions, of which over 60 have been exited. Consistent with Navis's investment strategy to avoid reliance on public markets for exit liquidity, almost all portfolio companies have been sold to trade buyers.
