Co-Founder and GP of OTB Ventures, a leading European Deep-Tech VC investing in seed and series A post-product/post-revenue startups in sectors including space-tech, enterprise AI and automation, fintech infrastructure and cyber security. Prior to OTB Adam co-founded several companies including Expander (acquired by GE Capital / Aviva) and Platinum Bank (investors include Goldman Sachs, Warburg Pincus). Adam also spent 15 years at the Bank Pekao (WSE: PEO / UniCredit Group), most recently as the Deputy CEO. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, and he is also an Alumni of Stanford University - Graduate School of Business.
