Arik Oslerne heads Carta's Fund Services business in EMEA, responsible for fund administration, formation, taxes and SPVs. He was recently part of the Vauban management team that exited to Carta in 2022, and prior to this was the COO at a financial brokerage that exited in 2017 in a $100M buy-out.
