David is responsible for the day-to-day management of Top Tier Capital Partners and the development of the firm’s funds of funds and co-investment offerings. Prior to the formation of Top Tier, he was a Managing Director with Paul Capital, overseeing the firm’s venture capital fund of funds offerings. He has extensive operational experience, having founded and managed four different trading desks for Wall Street firms.
