Grace is ESG Lead at Molten, where she spearheads ESG engagements and initiatives both through the investment process and within portfolio management. This includes ESG assessment within the due diligence process of prospective investments and ongoing monitoring of ESG performance across the portfolio while providing tools and guidance to help them mitigate ESG risks and realise ESG opportunities. She also manages fund-level ESG including external reporting to CDP, TCFD, UNPRI, Investing in Women and Molten’s Annual Sustainability Report.
