Hugo joined NSSIF in 2021 to lead the development of the direct investment capability. Hugo started his career as a British Army Officer serving in a wide range of operational and defence engagement roles. This was followed by a move into finance where he worked in investment banking focused on cross border technology transactions as well as advising on strategic investments.
