Kasia’s experience ranges across mergers and acquisitions; fundraising for, operating, and advising climate-vanguard start-ups; and academia. Starting her career as an investment banker, Kasia worked in M&A at Lazard, debt advisory during the financial crisis at Rothschild, and strategic M&A at Berenberg after the financial crisis, highlighted by playing a key role in establishing the newly formed division and the PE exit of the second-largest hospital sale in Germany.[JT4] After banking, Kasia entered the entrepreneurship space, founding ENNBOW, a brand at the forefront of sustainable and women-empowering fashion, which she grew and operated for over a decade, punctuated by developing innovative e-commerce features during the pandemic. Simultaneously, Kasia taught entrepreneurship at Cologne Business School, and advised numerous startups in various segments of climate-tech, including food and carbon credits. Additionally, Kasia is an ambassador for numerous charities for women. Kasia is fluent in Polish, German, and English, having grown up in Poland and completed a combined BA and MA in Economics at the University of Bonn.
