Mauro Yovane

With over 18 years of deep experience within Private Equity and Venture Capital, Mauro is now responsible for Axon Partners Group's Fund of VC Funds platform. Here, Mauro has led over 20 commitments in leading ICT and Life Sciences funds, as well as several co-investments.

Prior to his current position, Mauro was an Investment Manager at Talde Private Equity, responsible for investing in Spanish Mid-Market companies, with an AUM which surpassed the €500m mark.

Earlier in his career, he worked for the Interamerican Development Bank, in Washington, and in CAF Development Bank in Latin America. Both multilateral institutions covered the entirety of LatAm, boasting an overall portfolio of +€100b AUM. During his tenure, Mauro managed a large PE portfolio, while structuring several equity and credit facilities for SMEs, as well as for financial institution in the region. Furthermore, Mauro served as a board member of several PE and VC funds, and of portfolio companies.

Mauro holds a Master in Finance from London Business School, and an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Chile.
