Speaker

Profile

Meghan is the Co-CEO of Diversity VC. She joined the Diversity VC team in 2022 leading the expansion into Latin America. Having started her career in non-profit, she made the move into VC in order to help democratise access to capital for those who had historically been overlooked, co-founding INCA Ventures, a VC fund based in Lima, Peru, investing in early stage startups in the Andean region. Previously Meghan served on the Board of the Peru VC Association (PECAP), where she was the first woman (and youngest) to be President of the Board. As the granddaughter of Holocaust survivors from Vienna, she is also proud to serve on the Board of 3G Philly, a nonprofit committed to preserving and telling the stories of the Holocaust. Meghan attended the University of St. Andrews in Scotland where she earned a MA (Honours) in International Relations, and holds an M.Sc. in Human Rights from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
