Sutian Dong is a partner at Multitudes, a venture fund that invests in and incubates ideas that explore the edge of human consciousness. Multitudes believes that the future of innovation will look different than the past, and that singular ideas will be scaled from each founder’s unique path. Multitudes backs early-stage companies working on scalable solutions across technology and culture.

Sutian was most recently a partner at Female Founders Fund, the leading seed fund investing exclusively in the exponential power of extraordinary female talent. Prior to that, she spent many years as an investor at FirstMark Capital, one of the pioneer venture capital firms in New York City. She started her career in fashion as head of marketing for Norisol Ferrari.

Sutian also co-founded the Global Women in VC Community, the oldest and largest network of female technology investors worldwide, over $1TN of total capital managed, across 6,300 members and 3,600 funds in over 250 cities and 75 countries.

Sutian is a Texas native and holds a B.S. in finance and marketing from NYU Stern.
