Will joined Lightspeed as a Partner in 2014 and has almost two decades of experience in Venture Capital. At Lightspeed, he leads the Firm’s growth investing practice and works closely with entrepreneurs in SaaS solutions, financial technologies, and cloud-based services and applications. Previously, Will was a co-founder of Pointe Communications, a facilities-based integrated communications provider, where he helped the company grow to over $40 million in annual revenue and later get acquired. As a former founder himself, he has a unique ability to empathize with entrepreneurs—to listen to their challenges and help them overcome them.

Will holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. During his time at Harvard, Will captained the varsity men's soccer team and was drafted in the Major League Soccer Draft of 1997.
