Leslie serves as Senior Vice President, Director of ESG and Corporate Operations at LXP Industrial Trust (NYSE: LXP). Appointed in 2021, she leads the development and execution of the company’s ESG strategy—spanning reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. She also oversees LXP’s insurance program, business applications (including software procurement and implementation), and cybersecurity initiatives.

Previously, Leslie was an Asset Manager responsible for a portfolio of more than 30 properties. She also served as Operations Manager, where she led the lease administration group. Leslie brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and holds a degree from Texas A&M University.
