Nikita Singhal is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and Co-Head of the Responsible Investing & ESG Team. In her role, she is responsible for the firm’s ESG Integration strategy, leading client engagements and thought leadership on ESG and sustainable investing topics.
Before joining Blue Owl, Nikita was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Sustainable Investment & ESG at Lazard Asset Management. Nikita has been working in the field of sustainable investing for over 15 years, including at institutions such as Clearbridge Investments, the Heron Foundation and IFC (World Bank Group).
Nikita began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Nikita received her BA in Accounting & Finance from Franklin & Marshall College and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
