Ryan brings more than 10 years of investment, advisory, and operating experience across the digital infrastructure and technology sectors.

Before joining Snowhawk, Ryan was a Principal at Devonshire Investors, a private investment firm affiliated with Fidelity Investments, where he led investments across hyperscale data centers, retail colocation, fiber, and wireless infrastructure in North America, Europe, APAC, and India.

Previously, Ryan was a member of the Communications M&A team at Evercore Partners, where he advised on more than $100 billion of M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions. Ryan began his career at PwC as a member of the cross-border M&A tax structuring team.

Ryan graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with an M.B.A., and earned an M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from the Binghamton University School of Management. At Binghamton, Ryan was a member of the NCAA Division I golf team.
