Aya El-Dighady is a Workforce Development Consultant and one of the first International Certified Facilitating Career Development (FCD) instructors from NCDA-USA in the Middle East. Since 2020, she has trained over 250 Career Services Providers across Egypt, KSA, UAE, Oman, and Qatar.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and founder of The Career Lead, Aya enhances workforce capabilities through tailored career development solutions. She currently leads a consulting project for the Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, developing a National Occupational Classification System aligned with Vision 2030.

In 2023, Aya collaborated with NCDA instructors to train 40 leaders in career guidance in Saudi Arabia and co-led a project to establish a One-Stop Job Placement Office in Egypt. Her consultancy, selected by UNIDO, focuses on establishing career guidance centres in Upper Egypt.

With over 12,000 hours of career counselling experience, Aya has worked with organisations like UNICEF and Save the Children. A key achievement includes establishing Egypt's first Career Development Centres, serving over 54,000 individuals.

Aya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Alexandria University and certifications including:
