Ride Share Apps
San Diego Airport's Ride App Pickup is located in a designated area for app-based ride services. Passengers should follow signs for Ride App/Uber/Lyft from the terminals on both overhead and underfoot signage. Request a ride on a ride app once you get your luggage from baggage claim.
The following companies are currently permitted to operate at the airport: Lyft, Uber, Opoli, and Wingz.
- Terminal 1: Travelers will exit baggage claim and use the new pedestrian crosswalk, which has a traffic light to provide access to the ridesharing pickup area. See signage for assistance.
- Terminal 2: Upon exiting baggage claim, use the main crosswalk to Transportation Plaza. Ridesharing pick-up is located in the second lane on the right. See signage for assistance.
Taxi Cabs
If you need a taxi, simply follow the signs leading to the Transportation Plazas.
A Customer Service Representative will place you with the first available taxi, unless you specify a particular taxicab company.
Public Transportation Bus System -- $2.50
Public transit is available to and from the Airport and Downtown San Diego on San Diego's Metropolitan Transit System's Route 992, which stops at both Terminals 1 and 2, and operates seven days a week from approximately 4:15 a.m. to midnight, every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends and holidays.
This frequent bus service is wheelchair accessible and connects with Trolley, COASTER and Amtrak stations as well as many bus lines for most hours of the day.
The Hotel Venue is closest to the Santa Fe Depot stop (Kettner/Broadway) - and is a short 0.5 mile walk or ride from there.

Elevators & Common Areas: Elevators are spacious and equipped with braille and tactile markings for guests with visual impairments. Hallways, restrooms, and common areas are all designed with ample space for wheelchair access.
Event Spaces: The hotel's meeting and event spaces are fully accessible, with ramps, escalators and elevators for easy access to all floors.

Arrival Guide
Registration and Badge Pick Up for the conference will be held on Level 1 of the venue, in the Grand Hall Foyer.
This is located to the right of the Hotel Registration desk in the main lobby area - and can be found after a few small steps. There is also an accessible ramp for those with mobility needs.
The conference will be held between Levels 1, 2 and 3 - and we will be in both the Harbor and Seaport Tower. We highly recommend downloading the ConnectMe app and utilizing the floorplan functionality for wayfinding assistance.
If you need additional assistance once onsite, please look out for our staff wearing a Blue colored Lanyard with the word 'STAFF' in Black Text.
Toilets
There are accessible toilets throughout the hotel. In the conference area, there are accessible toilets on each floor, with a dedicated stall in each restroom.
Assistance Dogs
Service animals are welcome in the hotel venue. Assistance dogs can be catered for with bowls of water.
