I am a medicinal chemist with 7 years’ experience working within peptide drug discovery programs across multiple therapeutic areas. In my role as senior scientist at Bicycle Therapeutics, I have worked on multiple preclinical programs, most recently overseeing chemistry activities in the lead optimisation of Bicycle® peptides for theragnostic application, including delivery of a compound for first-in-human clinical translation. Previous to this, I worked at Edinburgh molecular imaging, where I designed and synthesised PET imaging probes, as well as delivery of a compound for clinical translation. I am passionate about peptides and their use as medicines.
