Chun Yang, Ph.D. serves as Senior Director of DDS Platform Biology at Nitto BioPharma Inc. in San Diego, California, USA.

Dr. Yang joined Nitto BioPharma in 2019 and leads the DDS platform activities to create novel lipid nanoparticles to deliver nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) to different organs. Prior to Nitto, he was the PI and Director of Therapeutic Antibody Engineering and Preclinical Assay Development at Proteogenomics Research Institute for Systems Medicine (PRISM). He has more than 20 years of pharmaceutical and large molecule therapeutic drug development experience.

Dr. Yang received his Ph.D. at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Physiology and finished postdoctoral research on cellular immunology in La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology (LIAI).
