Dana Chreng is Director of Manufacturing & Operations at Ionis Pharmaceuticals where he is responsible for managing oligonucleotide process development/optimization of downstream operations as well as the scaleup of these processes for GMP production. His areas of focus include solution-phase detritylation, drug-ligand conjugation, and product isolation strategies. Dana has a BS and MS in chemical engineering from Stanford University and has been in the industry for over 15 years, all at Ionis.
