Eric Fang is General Manager and Site Head of Snapdragon Chemistry, a Cambrex company. He earned his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Toronto and completed postdoctoral research at Harvard University. Eric began his career at Amgen as a process development scientist, developing small-molecule and peptide processes for clinical and commercial API manufacturing. He later co-founded Snapdragon Chemistry and served as Chief Scientific Officer, leading a multidisciplinary team developing innovative manufacturing technologies and processes for the biopharmaceutical industry and government-funded programs supported by NSF, DARPA, and BARDA. Following Cambrex’s acquisition of Snapdragon, Eric assumed responsibility for the site’s business and operations. He has authored more than 50 publications and patents.
