Dr. Jacob (Chun) Guo is currently the Director of the Nucleic Acid R&D Platform in GenScript’s Life Science Group. Jacob got his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Georgia, with expertise in nucleic acid chemistry and oligonucleotide modifications. He published 5 scientific papers as the first author in peer-reviewed high-impact factor journals and submitted multiple patents related to the bioconjugation of oligonucleotides, applying oligonucleotides in diagnostic scenarios. He has 10+ years of experience in solid-phase synthesis of oligonucleotides. His recent research focuses on manufacturing and quality control for synthetic long oligonucleotides.
