Joe Guiles, PhD, is Head of Chemical Development at Agilent. With extensive pharma and biotech experience, he leads development for clinical and commercial stage therapeutic APIs. Over nine years at Agilent, his team commercialized six oligonucleotide therapeutic programs and established processes for siRNA, RNAi, and sgRNA. He holds a BS in chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a PhD from Colorado State University.
