Li is currently, Director, Synthetic Molecule Design & Development at Eli Lilly and Company. Previously she was with Biogen in the Oligo Process Development group where she was responsible for upstream process development of ASO and tech transfer. Li has diverse experience on both SPOS and LPOS, and is working on implementing the mechanistic understanding obtained from LPOS to improve the SPOS process. Li obtained her B.S. from Wuhan University and PhD from the Ohio State University.
