Louise S. Dalbøge is Chief Scientific Officer at Gubra A/S and has more than 15 years of experience in peptide drug discovery, with a focus on obesity and metabolic diseases. She has played a central role in shaping Gubra’s pipeline, including programs based on amylin, UCN2, and GLP-1/GIP/NPY2 receptor biology, with experience spanning early biological concepts through discovery and development candidate selection. As CSO, Louise leads Gubra’s scientific strategy and discovery activities, with a strong interest in identifying new biology and translating it into differentiated peptide therapeutics for areas of unmet medical need. She is also focused on expanding the possibilities of peptide drug discovery through the application of machine learning, which is embedded in Gubra’s streaMLine™ peptide discovery platform. Louise holds an MSc in Pharmacy and a PhD in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism from the University of Copenhagen.
