May Guo is the founder of Novaribo LLC, a biotech business consulting firm and serves as a strategic advisor to Vazyme. She previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Synthgene/Areterna, an mRNA technology company, and held senior leadership roles including Vice President at ReciPharm (Arranta) and Business Development Director at TriLink.

With over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, May brings deep expertise in mRNA, LNP, CRISPR, and siRNA technologies. She is passionate about advancing innovations in cancer and rare disease therapeutics and is a vocal advocate for scientific knowledge sharing—actively curating and discussing mRNA/LNP research with the LinkedIn community. May holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Peking University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
