Profile

Peter Timmerman is currently working as Head of Peptide Science at Biosynth, Netherlands. He is an organic chemist by training and did his PhD in Supramolecular Chemistry at Twente University (UT) in the Netherlands. During his career, he specialized in Peptide Chemistry and introduced CLIPSTM to (multi)cyclize peptides on phages, which is as an enabling technology that is now frequently considered for the development of therapeutic peptides.
