Dr. Prasad Panzade is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the chemical industries, including pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals. Known for his strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and broad vision, Dr. Panzade holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, specializing in pharmaceutical product development, Analytical Sciences and Technology. He is an active member of numerous professional organizations and a dedicated mentor who focuses on cultivating future leaders.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Research and Development - CMC at Nitto Avecia, Dr. Panzade has previously held leadership roles in global R&D at Catalent, a leading CDMO, and at Apotex Inc., Canada’s largest generic pharmaceutical company. Prior to these roles, he served as Senior Vice President at the Aditya Birla Group, a multibillion-dollar conglomerate. Throughout his career, Dr. Panzade has held various senior positions across the API, specialty chemicals, polymer, and generic drug formulation sectors.

A recognized speaker in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, Dr. Panzade shares his expertise through conferences and publications. He has authored several peer-reviewed journal articles and holds 2 patents. Earlier in his career, he also taught as a pharmaceutical college lecturer before transitioning to leadership roles in industry.
