Dr. Ramana Doppalapudi is a seasoned scientist with broad expertise in the discovery and development of diverse therapeutic modalities, including peptides, antibodies, oligonucleotides, and antibody-drug conjugates. He has a strong track record of leadership across pharmaceutical companies of various sizes, consistently driving innovation and advancing multiple clinical candidates for the treatment of cancer, and muscular diseases. He is a key inventor of the pioneering AOC^TM (Antibody Oligonucleotide Conjugate) technology and has a pivotal role in the advancement of notable drug candidates such as Del-desiran, Del-brax, and Del-zota. He is the author of more than 50 scientific publications and patents and currently serves as Vice President of Chemistry at Avidity Biosciences in La Jolla, California.
