Susann earned a PhD in Biochemistry and joined BioSpring in 2000 to conduct research and development in gene synthesis. In 2005, she became Head of QC, where she developed and established analytical methods for oligonucleotides.
In 2007, Susann transitioned to leading Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and is now responsible for ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvements in these areas.
