Tyson Moyer is currently a Principal Scientist in oligonucleotide delivery at Korro Bio, where he leads efforts to optimize oligonucleotide design and delivery to achieve RNA editing of therapeutic targets. Tyson joined Korro in 2021 after working at Pfizer for two years in antibody discovery. Prior to Pfizer, Tyson completed his postdoctoral work in Darrell Irvine’s lab at MIT, where he worked on phosphoserine-modified and DNA-conjugated antigens for improving subunit vaccines. He obtained his PhD in Materials Science from Northwestern University, where he worked with self-assembling peptides for drug delivery applications.
