We are excited that you are joining our distinguished faculty of presenters participating in the AI in Action Summit @ TMRE, October 27, and/or TMRE: The Market Research Event, October 28-30, at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. The Basics
The AI in Action Summit @TMRE will be on Monday, October 27th, 2025 and TMRE: The Market Research Event is taking place October 28-30, 2025, both will be at the Paris Las Vegas hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
If you are a client-side speaker (not a sponsor speaker), you will receive access to BOTH AI in Action Summit (space permitting) and TMRE to the speaker resource page then. Please reserve your spot for the AI in Action Summit when registering.
When booking your reservations, keep in mind that we will be hosting a speaker party on Monday, October 27th from 5:50 PM to 6:45 PM.
We may be recording your presentations and making them available on our on-demand platform, Streamly, for All Access and On-Demand ticket holders to view for up to 12 months. All speakers will have access to this platform as well. To guarantee and purchase your recording, please email Liz Hinkis.
Your Speaker Checklist
These are your TO-DO's before the event. Please read through carefully and take note of deadlines.
Submit Your Headshot and Bio
- All speakers will be listed on the Speaker Page, in the agenda, and headshots will be used in promotional emails and social media posts
- Please provide a high-resolution headshot that is at least 500x500px to ensure it renders properly on our site
- If you didn’t include a biography with your initial submission, please send the copy you would like to appear with your headsho
