For the past six years, she has contributed to the company’s evolution by delivering insights that have driven product strategy and brand development, bringing the voice of the customer to leaders in the organization. She is a co-lead for the Advocacy Committee of NYL’s Asian Pacific Circle (ERG) and a leader in Marketing committed to evolving department culture and upskilling efforts. Prior to New York Life, Charitie spent 10 years at American Express supporting Brand and Advertising, Consumer Card and Global Corporate Payments. Charitie has over 20 years of Market Research experience and is a consistent advocate for the customer in every of product and service decision. She has expertise in Brand, Product Development, Communications and Messaging. Before her time at American Express, Charitie managed primary research at Time Inc., working closely with editorial teams to evolve content and imagery with the objective of driving subscriber loyalty and newsstand sales across publications. Charitie has a BS from New York University, with a concentration in Marketing and Finance.
