Pavi Gupta is the Founder of The Insights Exchange TIEx LLC. Pavi has worked across Insights, Analytics and AI roles with iconic companies over the last 3 decades across diverse geographies.

Pavi started on the agency side with Kantar in India and subsequently worked with leading companies like Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson and SC Johnson in roles of increasing importance over the years. He believes in driving impact through insights-led, data-informed decision making. As a functional leader he was responsible for transforming the function to become an effective voice of the consumer in strategic decision making.

Pavi is well recognized in the industry and is a 4 time, Insights250 winner. He has published papers and delivered talks across multiple industry forums including at TMRE. He is passionate about developing talent and actively mentors multiple emerging leaders across continents.

Of late, Pavi has become a keen voice championing the role of AI in Insights propagating that insights leaders, as domain experts, should embrace AI and shape solutions leveraging the power of Human Understanding. He is currently working on building his first start-up to help reimagine the role of Insights in Strategic Decision-making.

In his free time, Pavi likes to play Pickleball (Singles) and watches American Football and Cricket avidly.
