Sarah is the AVP, Transfer Pricing and International at Manulife Financial. The Manulife Financial group of companies, headquartered in Canada, is a leading international financial services group that helps people make their decisions easier and lives better. Manulife provides financial advice, insurance, and wealth and asset management solutions for individuals, groups and institutions.

Sarah leads the Global Transfer Pricing team, including planning and strategy, operational support, audit management, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. Sarah oversees the transfer pricing regulations and practices across twenty plus countries. Her previous roles include AVP Tax at Swiss Reinsurance, where she was responsible for all taxation matters for the Canadian subsidiaries, Ernst & Young’s Business Tax Compliance Group and PwC Audit & Assurance. Sarah is a Chartered Professional Accountant, (CPA, CA) and Certified Public Accountant (Colorado).
