Rebecca “Becky” Rand is a specialty pharmacy executive with more than 30 years of experience building strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers. As Vice President of Pharma Relations Operations at Soleo Health, she leads manufacturer engagement and contracting strategies for exclusive, limited-distribution, and restricted specialty medications coming to market. Her expertise includes fair market valuation, complex service and data agreements, launch planning, and partnership models that align manufacturer objectives with pharmacy capabilities and patient-access needs.

Known for developing mutually beneficial, sustainable relationships, Becky has expanded manufacturer contract portfolios, generated significant revenue growth, and removed barriers to specialty therapy access across Soleo Health, Shields, CenterWell, and Premier Healthcare Alliance Specialty Pharmacy. She brings a disciplined, collaborative approach to evaluating emerging therapies, structuring market-appropriate agreements, and creating value for manufacturers, providers, pharmacies, and patients.

Becky earned a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
