Justin Molavi currently serves as the Director of Commercial Strategy and Insights at Genentech where he leads the organization in executing critical corporate projects across commercial, medical and government affairs - select projects include the launch of Ocrevus direct to consumer advertising, implementing talent rotation models to better match commercial impact opportunities, executing customer experience strategy refocus across the portfolio and implementing scalable revenue generating analytical products for key multi-billion dollar franchises (sales and marketing). He has a passion for change management, incorporating data in decision making and experimenting quickly to drive results and impact. Previously, he drove key corporate growth and savings projects across multiple industries including large scale food manufacturing, medical education, and economic analysis.
