Martine Avello began her healthcare career as an X-Ray Technologist, then advancing to become an Oncology Certified Registered Nurse. She later assumed the role of Director of Nursing at a high-tech home infusion company. She transitioned and spent 16 years in biotech sales and management, specializing in Oncology and Rare Disease. At BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., she moved from sales to build out the channel division, deepening her expertise in supply chains and strategic partnerships. Martine now serves as Director of Channel and Distribution, overseeing partnerships, contracts, and operational excellence.
